CF Montreal trade F Mason Toye to Timbers

The Portland Timbers acquired veteran forward Mason Toye from CF Montreal on Tuesday in exchange for a second-round draft pick in 2025.

Montreal will also receive $200,000 in 2025 general allocation money from Portland if Toye reaches certain performance metrics or contractual obligations, per the clubs' announcement.
