Supreme Court won't stop feds from withholding Title X funding from Oklahoma

Oklahoma officials had asked the Supreme Court to temporarily prohibit the Department of Health and Human Services from stripping the Oklahoma State Department of Health of $4.5 million in federal Title X funding.
