Winds are up at Britannia

Today was much cooler than it has been lately but the wind finally back up in Ottawa. The wind addicted crowd slowly trickled into the Britannia as the morning warmed up. The sun was shining and the waves were up. The wind was rather gusty and was up and down during my stay today, some folks enjoyed and others just tolerated the weird winds.
