Philippines, China reach 'arrangement' for reef resupply missions

MANILA: The Philippines and China have agreed on an "arrangement" for resupplying Filipino troops stationed on a South China Sea reef, Manila said on Sunday, after a series of escalating confrontations in the disputed waters.
