Dunellen School Board President arrested on Child Porn Charges
Attorney General Christopher S. Porrino today announced that state law enforcement officials arrested Phillip C. Heiney, president of the Dunellen Board of Education, on charges that he used a file-sharing network to share videos of child pornography over the Internet.
