I don't think they are bodging their attendances. They've always had good crowds.
And it's not about what they do, it's about what they do compared to everyone else.
All the B grades will be looking for those small improvements.
The only guarantee is when you get to the magical 15 points for an A grade.

Rapana would be a good signing if he wasn't so old, waste of a quota spot that imo

Just returned from Cas v Warrington game and had the misfortune to sit in the wooden rickety stand, if that stadium is fit for SL under the IMG system then the scoring is corrupt, it’s an eyesore and definitely not fit for purpose
Bradford are very hit and miss and we were awful at theirs so i think we can cover that 10 start, the bet of the weekend for me is workington-48pts, Newcastle are really poor and they won their 0-44 not long ago.

On the contrary, I think we should be doing everything we can to support our young, talented players, especially when going through tough periods.

Ref cam smith, he looks jaded. Should imagine a close Season break might do him good. Hopefully return rejuvenated, don’t know what to make if Newman at the moment. Drifts in and out of games, not really playing well.doesn’t look particularly happy. Looking at miller who goes looking for work whilst coming up with the odd stupid mistake is playing well. Seems to be really enjoying himself.

Four wins, maybe even three gets us in I think. While I'd love to see us rise like a Phoenix from the ashes and win the whole thing, for the greater good of the club it probably needs to play out the hard way. London and Hull in the next two matches should be comfortable wins, but we know how those type of fixtures went when Arthur wasn't at the helm. Winning those two games in a professional manner and then nailing performances ( not necessarily wins) against KR and the Pies really sets us up for a productive pre-season and a successful 25. No way was that a deliberate head shot. He wrapped his arms round the guy's body. The fact his feet left the ground is laughably irrelevant. How many tacklers leave the ground when they're trying to bring down an opponent? Probably fifty per cent of them. It signifies nothing other than determined effort.
We have to ask ourselves where all this is going to end. They've pulled back on next year's extra level of 'player protection' because they've realised it would make the game unplayable. Читать дальше...
Seems that way. There was a period earlier in the season when we looked really strong (especially defensively), whether we can find that kind of form again remains to be seen.

Not quite I'm saying it's ok to have yates at 13, it's not the end of the world.
And I know its trendy to hate on drinkwater, I'm not nailing any ultra defensive colours to a mast, but burgess williams and dufty have been complimentary about what drinkwater has been doing in order to let them play.
So Fev beat Toulouse last night to go level on points with Bradford. The fight for the top 4 is starting to look very crowded - need a performance today as we know Doncaster can pull out a performance.

There is no doubt that Saints have had a terrible run with injuries but also poor discipline has meant a number of suspensions that has compounded the problem.
No matter how good our coaching staff are the "next man up" can only go so far and I think we would have struggled given a similar situation.
I think the problem for saints has been their success combined with an ageing squad.
The success means inevitable contract increases as the likes of Welsby, Dodd, Knowles, Lees etc would... Читать дальше...
Started on the bench and only came on with fifteen minutes to go and the Titans were well beaten. Even commentator thought it was confusing. Can’t make much of him when only playing fifteen minutes or less. He may have fallen out with Des Hasler.

I’ve been a fan of Cobie Wainhouse for over a year
I still see him as a new signing at Prop and by mid season next year he could be a regular at 19 years old ?
He’s a big unit and a good rugby attitude
He said that the FC Academy ‘battered’ the dobbins academy last week lol

It's only one of many highly questionable red cards this season. That's the bigger picture I'm talking about. It's literally destroying the game.

Catalan 25/1
Leeds 33/1

I thought he went really well tonight against Catalan. He is really the only player in our forward pack who looks to be able to break the line. I think we will also miss his versatility to be able to move to centre which means we haven’t had to carry any backs on the bench for a long time.
