New club nickname
As there's no Euros matches tonight and no real transfer gossip for us to discuss, I thought I'd see if the SHA collective can't come up with a new unofficial nickname for the club.
We'll forever be Blues, but I've thought up a few possible more lighthearted names as a bit of fun.
The Muntzters - paying homage to our first real home and sense of place.
We were founded by cricketers of the Holy Trinity Church, so I put forth The Holy Ghosts.
And finally, Small Heath was home to a Birmingham Small Arms (BSA Guns) factory. What else has small arms? That's right, I give you The T-Rexes.
