Quick rant!! What a effing rip off. Used Check-a-trade yesterday to get a quote for replacing the eurocylinder on my front door.
The guy wanted £75+VAT call out (for a non emergency) then £55+VAt for a 1 Star cylinder ???? so £130+VAT for a 15 minute job.

A Yale 1 Star cylinder is £15 at Toolstation.

dont suppose anyone knows a locksmith that doesnt try and bullshit you do they?
