Homeowner defends against three armed intruders, two dead

A homeowner was in his home playing video games when he heard the sound of intruders crashing into his home. He grabbed his Glock 9mm pistol, which he kept nearby.

Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco Sheriff office reported on incident in an arrest report, adding that the homeowner exercised his 2nd Amendment rights.

Preliminary information indicates that three armed suspects attempted to enter a house, where they were then shot by the home owner. Two suspects succumbed to their injuries at the scene, while one remains in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

All parties involved are accounted for and there is no threat to the public.

“The victim advised he shot all three intruders because they were armed and forced entry into his home and he believed they were going to kill him,” 

The homeowner saw the first armed intruder with a mask coming at him and shot him. The second victim, also masked approached the homeowner, who shot him also. Then the homeowner saw a third intruder, identified as 19-year-old Jeremiah Tramel which he shot. The intruder fled to be stopped by a neighbor.
“Let me be clear. These two individuals have very violent criminal histories,” Nocco said.
