Biden flamed for plan to give vaccines to terrorists first: Judges slam Biden on immigration, shutting down Pipeline

The plan to give terrorists at Gitmo vaccines before other essential workers and Americans trigged an Outrage. “Outrageous. The Biden Administration is giving vaccines to terrorists at Guantanamo Bay. What do they say to American seniors and veterans still waiting for theirs?” Steve Scalise tweeted.

“Nothing says #unity like letting the 9/11 mastermind & Gitmo detainees skip in front of millions of Americans for the COVID #vaccine,” Rep Bishop Said.

The Biden Administration considered vaccinating terrorists at Guantanamo Bay, while thousands of teachers waited in line for a shot. House Judiciary GOP, other elected officials tweeted.

That plan was shelved after a storm of outrage exploded on social media.

Another of the 40 Executive Orders bombarded out of the Oval Office that triggered legal action in the first few days of the Unity Man’s reign was about reversing Trumps illegal immigration policy, including halting the Wall and blocking removals of illegals.

Texas Attorney General fought the Biden Swamp and won:

“The move violates the U.S. Constitution, federal immigration and administrative law, and a contractual agreement between Texas and DHS. Last night, Attorney General Paxton issued a letter warning that the Administration’s actions resulted in an abdication of DHS’s obligation to enforce federal immigration law, which would seriously and irreparably harm Texas and its citizens,” he said.

Deporting illegal aliens with orders of removal is common sense. Blocking removals is bad policy. Kudos to this judge for taking a long look at one of the Biden administration’s destructive open-borders policies, Rep Andy Biggs tweeted. And then there was the blocking construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline.

The Governor of Montana was enraged:

“A symbolic gesture for your fledgling, hours-old administration, this decision has real and devastating consequences in Montana. With your executive order, gone are the thousands of good-paying American jobs, hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue to support our local communities and schools, the opportunity to advance America’s green energy infrastructure, and America’s energy security,” according to the official state website.

“Your campaign slogan, “Build Back Better,” would seem to apply to critical infrastructure projects such as Keystone XL pipeline. With its construction terminated, the oil will still reach markets in the U.S. and around the globe. Without a pipeline, though, it will be transported more slowly by trucks and other means, endangering the environment, delaying delivery and making it more expensive for consumers who are struggling to make ends meet amid the pandemic.”

“Today I signed an Executive Order empowering the state to use every tool possible to prevent the Biden Administration from killing energy jobs in Texas. I will have the backs of the blue collar workers who depend on those jobs for a paycheck,” Governor Abbot of Texas said.
