the unnamed officer was taken to hospital and is being treated for a shot in the head. The Officer had just gotten off his shift and was taking a rest before logging back on his 7 AM shift. The markings on the rear window of Keith’s car bears the Marine Corps emblem with the number 03 and 41 on either side.
