The Lineup: Biden’s Henchmen, Above the Law, Underhandedly Violate the Supreme Court, Constitution
Martin J. Walsh was sworn in as the 29th Secretary of Labor on March 23, 2021, one of The most powerful positions in the administration.
He joins a long line up Biden officials in the most powerful agencies in the country that have disregarded the constitution and what has probably become the period of the greatest personal freedom violations in the history of the United States.
In 1997, he was elected to serve as a Massachusetts State Representative. He was the 54th mayor of Boston. While working full-time as a legislator, he returned to school to earn a degree in Political Science at Boston College.
As Secretary of Labor, he used his political skills to further Biden’s Lawlessness and Constitutional violations to oppress and control workers. In November he issued a mandate upon Biden’s instructions that all companies with over 100 employees had to in enforce vaccinations, an unprecedented control tactic.
Never mind the damage it did to the economy never mind science. Worst of all he was one of those that collapsed the constitution during the lockdowns.
The Supreme Court ruled that he add far overstepped his bounds and that the mandate was illegal.
In a defiant statement he made it clear that he did not agree with the Supreme Court.
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is withdrawing the vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard issued on Nov. 5, 2021, to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from workplace exposure to coronavirus. The withdrawal is effective January 26, 2022.
Although OSHA is withdrawing the vaccination and testing ETS as an enforceable emergency temporary standard, the agency is not withdrawing the ETS as a proposed rule. The agency is prioritizing its resources to focus on finalizing a permanent COVID-19 Healthcare Standard.
OSHA strongly encourages vaccination of workers against the continuing dangers posed by COVID-19 in the workplace.
He has dispatched and announced programs to distribute the vaccinations to the workforce in labor sections not involved in Health Care, violating the limited mandate SCOTUS allowed.
