Durov Hit With Six Charges, Barred From Leaving France - Paris Prosecutor's Office

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Telegram founder Pavel Durov has been hit with six charges, including allegedly administering online platform in order to commit illegal transactions and drug trafficking, the Paris Prosecutors's Office said on Wednesday.
