Knicks star OG Anunoby undergoes surgery to remove a loose bone fragment in his elbow with the forward set to miss at least three weeks

The procedure is said to be 'minor', with hopes that the forward can return to the court by the end of this month, or by early March at the latest. Anunoby was traded to the Knicks last month from the Raptors.
