Ex-Spain striker Costa joins Gremio

RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- Gremio has reached an agreement to sign naturalized Spanish striker Diego Costa on a deal that runs until December, the Brazilian Serie A club said on Thursday.

The 35-year-old joins the Porto Alegre-based side as a free agent, having parted ways with Botafogo in December 2023.
