How to Watch, Stream Puppy Bowl 2024 on Animal Planet During Super Bowl Sunday

This is the 20th edition of the adorable canine-themed matchup.

While many Americans wait all day for Super Bowl LVIII, others are just as excited for the 20th edition of the Puppy Bowl on the Animal Planet channel.

Hours before the Kansas City Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for a chance to take home the Lombardi Trophy, there will be 131 puppies playing on Team Ruff and Team Fluff for an opportunity to win the “Lombarky” Trophy.

A “Most Valuable Pup” and “Underdog Award” also will be named after the broadcast.

The dogs competing were chosen from 73 shelters across 36 states and territories. Viewers will have an opportunity to adopt any of the adorable puppies as Discovery, Animal Planet’s parent company, partnered with Best Friends Animal Society this year.
