Jharkhand CM Soren allocates portfolio; keeps home, personnel, cabinet secretariat among other departments

Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], February 17 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren on Friday allotted portfolios to ministers, by keeping the departments like home and personnel for himself.
