Report: Dolphins signing CB Kendall Fuller to 2-year deal

The Miami Dolphins are signing free agent cornerback Kendall Fuller to a two-year contract worth $16.5 million, multiple media outlets reported Thursday.

Fuller, 29, could step in as a starter for the Dolphins, who released Xavien Howard last week.

Fuller recorded 79 tackles, nine passes defended and two interceptions in 15 games (all starts) last season with the Washingt
