The UFL opens its 2024 season this Saturday afternoon as the St. Louis Battlehawks travel to Ford Field to take on the Michigan Panthers.
The Battlehawks finished the 2023 season with a 7-3 record a strong plus-47 scoring differential but fell short of the playoffs. Quarterback A.J. McCarron will return under center and the addition of former NFL running back Wayne Gallman adds another dimension to the offense.
Meanwhile, the Panthers led by Jeff Fisher again as they look to make a statement in the UFL this season. Quarterback EJ Perry, who displayed promising chemistry with tight end Cole Hikutini and wide receiver Trey Quinn last season, leads the charge.
