This happens every year: The latest class for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland gets announced and someone who deserves to be in gets snubbed and everyone isn’t happy.

In the 2024 class? There are a bunch of legends across a bunch of genres, a group of big-name artists across a bunch of genres — rock, hip-hop, R&B and more — that are deserving names.

This year, the induction ceremony will be held in Cleveland at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on October 19, which should be a fantastic event
