Unseen moment Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers loses the plot with Hoops kitman

CELTIC boss Brendan Rodgers isn’t a man who normally loses his cool on the touchline.

But eagle-eyed Hoops fans have spotted the moment the Hoops KITMAN copped an earful from a seemingly irate Rodgers at Hampden.

Celtic and Aberdeen played-out a Scottish Cup semi-final clash for the ages at the national stadium on Saturday.

After a thrilling 3-3 draw, it went to penalties.

The Hoops prevailed after spot-kicks, with goalkeeper Joe Hart at the centre of unprecedented drama, and will now face rivals Rangers in the first Old Firm Scottish Cup Final showdown since 2002.

A remarkable game saw both sides recover from losing positions to level things up, with the Dons scoring right at the end of normal time AND extra time to keep things going.

And fans have spotted an incredibly tense situation at the half way point of extra time.

Moments earlier, Matt O’Riley had struck to give Celtic a 3-2 lead.

Referee Don Robertson blew his whistle to end the first half of extra time and the players headed for the sidelines.

Of course, it’s a VERY brief turnaround during extra time and Rodgers was keen to huddle his players together for a quick team tealk.

However, one man who didn’t seem to get that memo was Celtic kitman Stevie Wright.

As Rodgers begins gathering the players around him, Wright can be seen walking over to Paulo Bernardo and speaking to the midfielder.

Joe Hart immediately clocked the situation and can be seen shouting at Bernardo to get himself over to the huddle for the talk from the boss.

Rodgers then notices what’s going on and it’s fair to say is less than impressed!

The Celtic boss can be seen screaming at Wright, before marching over and ordering him away from the players.

With his hands in his pockets, Wright somewhat sheepishly backs away.

Bernardo then wanders over to his teammates and Rodgers instantly begins his talk prior to sending the players back out.

Angus MacDonald would dramatically equalise for the Dons to send the game to the shoot-out.

Hoops keeper Hart would dramatically miss from the spot, before then saving the decisive kick from Killian Phillips.

Celtic, the holders of the cup, will be back at Hampden on May 25 to take on Rangers for the silverware.
