Derrick Lewis got a much-needed win on Saturday when he defeated Rodrigo Nascimento in the UFC on ESPN 56 main event.

After losing four of his previous five fights coming in, Lewis (28-12 MMA, 19-10 UFC) showed he still has something left in the tank when he scored a third-round knockout victory over Nascimento (11-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) in the heavyweight headliner at Enterprise Center in St. Louis.
