CEBU, PHILIPPINES - Police officer and local attraction Jusue “Pistolero” Bastillada ( 7-1,4 KO's) shoots for his eight win as a pro when he tangles with Kim Lindog (8-17-1, 5 KO’s) in the main event of a six bout card this Monday June 10 in Toledo City, Cebu.
Bastillada is a full-time cop - a sergeant in the Philippine National Police in Toledo City - aside from being a legit pro boxer. In his last bout, he stopped Jay-Ar Aliasot (6-7,5 KO’s) in four rounds at the Baranggay Subayon covered court in Toledo City.
Lindog will be trying to reverse his four bout losing streak. The fight card will be held at the Barba Sports Complex and is presented by Big Yellow Promotions and the Toledo City local government.
During the official weigh-in, Bastillada and Lindog both weighed 125.4 lbs.
The supporting main event will involve Rhonvex Capuloy (11-2-2, 8KO’s) vs Ivor Lastrilla (13-14-1,7KO’s) in another eight rounder. Capuloy is coming off a technical draw in South Korea against Chinese boxer ZhiGang Zhang.
During the official weigh in, Capuloy was at 126.4 lbs, Lastrlla at 127 lbs.
For the rest of the card , there will be two six rounders – Mark Anthony Sarino vs John Rey Labajo – both at 116 lbs, and Anthony Gilbuela (115.5lbs) vs Anthony Galigao (117 lbs). There are two four rounders – Emje Felicilda vs Apolinario Cano, both at 107.4 lbs and Allan Villanueva (146lbs) vs Marjon Piencenaves (143 lbs).
