Mariners place 1B Ty France (heel) on injured list

The Seattle Mariners placed first baseman Ty France on the 10-day injured list with a right heel fracture among a series of roster moves Sunday.

France was scratched from Saturday's lineup after sustaining the injury when he was hit by a pitch during Friday night's 10-9 loss at Kansas City.
