Roster Move: Bears re-sign TE Marcedes Lewis

The Bears on Monday re-signed veteran tight end Marcedes Lewis to a one-year contract.

Lewis, who turned 40 last month, has played 18 NFL seasons with the Jaguars (2006-17), Packers (2018-22) and Bears (2023), the most by a tight end in league history. He has appeared in 268 games-the most in the NFL among active players-with 225 starts, catching 436 passes for 5,113 yards and 40 touchdowns. Th
