Phillies bang out 18 hits to stomp slumping Padres

Kyle Schwarber hit two home runs and drove in four runs and Alec Bohm homered, singled twice and knocked in three runs to lift the host Philadelphia Phillies past the San Diego Padres 9-2 on Monday.

Rafael Marchan added four hits and two RBI for the Phillies, who hammered out 18 hits. Bryce Harper, Nick Castellanos, Trea Turner and Brandon Marsh had two hits each.
