Alex Alanburu crowned Spanish national cycling champion after good work from Movistar Team
MADRID, June 23 (Xinhua) -- Alex Aranburu (Movistar Team) won Spain's national cycling championships on Sunday ahead of former national champion and teammate Oier Lazkano, with Jesus Herrada (Cofidis) in third.
Aranburu finished 53 seconds of Lazkano and 59 ahead of Herrada on the testing 201-kilometer course around San Lorenzo del Escorial, which also contained 3,200 meters of climbing.
