Maccabi Tel Aviv appoints Serb Zarko Lazetic as head coach
JERUSALEM, June 24 (Xinhua) -- Maccabi Tel Aviv announced on Monday the appointment of Zarko Lazetic as its head coach, replacing Irish legend Robbie Keane who left the Israeli club at the end of the season.
The 42-year-old Serb coached TSC Backa Topola in the last three seasons, guiding the team to sixth, second, and third place, respectively, in the Serbian Super League.
