Ooredoo dialled in for Qatar Stars League naming rights
June 27 – The Qatar Stars League (QSL) has announced Qatar government-backed telecommunications company Ooredoo as its new title sponsor.
Ooredoo takes over from Qatar National Bank (QNB), which previously held the role for an extended period before a one-year break.
No value or timeframe was given to the deal.
The agreement was announced Tuesday in the presence of Sheikh Ali bin Jabor al-Thani, CEO of Ooredoo Qatar and Jassim bin Rashid al-Buenain,
