Report: Pistons, Timberwolves agree to pick swap

The Detroit Pistons moved up 16 spots in the second round of the NBA Draft on Thursday after a trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves, The Athletic reported.

In landing the 37th overall draft pick from the Timberwolves, the Pistons also agreed to take Duke product Wendell Moore Jr. from Minnesota. Detroit gave up the No. 53 pick on Thursday's second day of the draft.
