Twins SS Carlos Correa (hand) avoids serious injury

Minnesota Twins All-Star shortstop Carlos Correa departed Sunday's game against the Houston Astros after being hit on the right hand by a pitch from Spencer Arrighetti.

X-rays taken during the game were negative and didn't reveal any fractures. The Twins said Correa had a right finger contusion.
