Reports: Former NFL WR Jacoby Jones dies at 40

Former NFL wide receiver and special teams player Jacoby Jones has died at the age of 40, multiple media outlets reported Sunday morning.

No cause of death was revealed.

Jones is best known for catching the "Mile High Miracle" on Jan. 12, 2013, as well as recording two touchdowns in the Ravens' 34-31 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII on
