Q&A: Don Cheadle on the American Century Championship and his relationship with golf
The MCU actor made his return to Tahoe and talked about his upcoming project and all things golf.
Athletes (the Kelce brothers!) and celebrities (Miles Teller!) from all corners of the country descended upon Lake Tahoe and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course for the 2024 American Century Championship. Former tennis player Mardy Fish took home the title this year, keeping Steph Curry from repeating.
For The Win had a chance to chat with a couple of this year’s participants, including actor Don Cheadle. Known for so many iconic roles, including that of James “War Machine” Rhodes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Cheadle has been acting since the mid-1980s and starred in movies like Traffic, Ocean’s 11 and Crash.
