2024 Emmy Nominations: All the major contenders from 'The Bear' to 'Shogun'
The 76th Emmys will air live from Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 5 p.m. ET on ABC.
The nominees for the 2024 Emmy Awards were announced July 17, honoring the very best in television for the previous year. As expected, drama-comedy The Bear racked up handfuls of nominations, but it also broke the all-time record for most nominations for a comedy with 23. They had representatives in all of the major acting categories, including Jeremy Allen White for Lead Actor in a Comedy and Ayo Edebiri for Lead Actress in a Comedy.

Apple did well with nominations for shows like Hijack, Palm Royale, Slow Horses and The Morning Show, and FX’s Shogun should have high expectations for the awards show on September 15.
