Yankees RHP Gerrit Cole (fatigue) to skip start vs. Phillies

The New York Yankees scratched right-hander Gerrit Cole from his start Tuesday night against the host Philadelphia Phillies because of what the team called general body fatigue.

Right-hander Will Warren, 25, will start instead in what will be his major league debut. The Yankees selected him from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday.
