Real Salt Lake claim ex-Whitecaps D Javain Brown

Real Salt Lake claimed defender Javain Brown off waivers from the Vancouver Whitecaps on Wednesday.

Brown, 25, recorded two goals and nine assists in 93 MLS matches (73 starts) with Vancouver from 2021-24.

"I've always felt that RSL is a top club, in which I see a team and staff who have a great collective spirit," said Brown. "I've experienced first-hand the quality of foo
