‘Their agony is over’ — Biden on return of American detainees from Russia

President of the United States of America Joe Biden has announced the release of four Americans who had been detained in Russia, capping off delicate negotiations to secure their freedom. Paul Whelan, Evan Gershkovich, Alsu Kurmasheva, and Vladimir Kara-Murza were released after an undisclosed diplomatic agreement with Russia.
