Olympic USA artistic swimmers casually moonwalked upside-down during an epic Michael Jackson routine

Olympic artistic swimmers are truly underrated, and I stand by that statement.

Earlier this week, Team USA artistic swimmers performed a Michael Jackson-inspired routine at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and it was so cool. I just knew it would be good when they trotted out in some sick tribute uniforms, but then they performed to one of Michael’s greatest hits, Smooth Criminal, and nailed it. However, it gets even better.

The whole team turned into the water mid-routine and moonwalked upside-down. YES, A MICHAEL JACKSON MOONWALK UPSIDE-DOWN. If it sounds like I’m yelling, I AM. This is awesome. (And if you’re wondering how they managed to stay on beat while submerged, here is a fun fact: there are underwater speakers for them to hear the music.) Don’t mind me. Just currently watching this on an infinite loop.
