The 44-year-old snapped an overall 21-fight losing streak and a 12-fight skid in MMA competition with a submission victory against Justin Howard at Friday’s Island Fights 84 event in Pensacola, Fla.

It was the first victory for “Felony” since stopping Minoru Kimura in September 2016 in RIZIN. After that, Bennett was defeated in his next 21 combat bouts spanning MMA, boxing, bare-knuckle boxing, and bare-knuckle MMA.
