Leeds United brutally trolled as EVERY player on front of calendar completes Premier League transfer

LEEDS UNITED fans have noticed that the cover stars of their 2024 calendar have all ditched the club for the Premier League.

The Yorkshire side are being battered by fans online after their summer of sales has rendered their official calendar out of date.

The calendar’s three cover stars – Georginio Rutter, Archie Gray and Crysensio Summerville – have all left Elland Road during the summer transfer window in favour of Premier League switches.

Rutter swapped West Yorkshire for the south coast in a £40m switch to Brighton.

While Summerville and Gray headed to the capital, with the former joining West Ham for £30m and rising star Gray making a move to Spurs for the same price tag.

The trio aren’t the only reason that the calendar is out of date either, both Jamie Shackleton and Luke Ayling featured inside the official merchandise.

While another simply added: “Ouch!”

A third joked: “It’s more of an Argos catalogue”.

And a fourth teased: “At least it’s still in one piece and hasn’t fallen apart.”

What Leeds might lose in sales of their calendar they have more than made up in transfer fees.

However, banking north of £100m for their best players has also seen their on-field performances take a hit.

Leeds are yet to win a game this season, drawing twice in the league and being battered 3-0 by Middlesbrough in the Carabao Cup.
