A PREMIER LEAGUE side held their team talk OUTSIDE of the dressing room this weekend.

And fans now want to see more of the bizarre scenes.

West Ham earned their first win of the new season on Saturday with a 2-0 win at Crystal Palace.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka impressed on his debut with a Cafu-style venture forward in the build-up to Tomas Soucek’s opener before Jarrod Bowen secured the points.

The goalscorers combined to rescue a young ball boy trapped under the advertising hoardings that collapsed during the celebrations.

However, it was what the Hammers stars did at half-time that captured plenty of attention online.

Julen Lopetegui took his players out early for the second half at Selhurst Park.

But before taking to the pitch, he stopped them out in the pouring rain on the walk from the Selhurst Park away dressing room to dish out some final instructions and rev them up.

And it led to plenty of reaction from West Ham supporters online who loved the unique approach – especially after the second-half performance.

One said: “Perhaps they should do that every week.”

Quizzed on what he said while giving his team talk in the pelting weather, Lopetegui said: “This is our talk, I am not going to tell you.
