5. Pittsburgh Steelers (at Broncos)

These defenses should feast, even the ones playing on the road. Don’t think twice about starting them.

Solid

6. Jacksonville Jaguars (vs. Browns)

7. Cleveland Browns (at Jaguars)

8. Los Angeles Chargers (at Panthers)

9. Indianapolis Colts (at Packers)
