Rangers outlast Jays in offensive showdown

Wyatt Langford homered, doubled twice and scored three times to help the Texas Rangers record a 13-8 win against the Toronto Blue Jays in the opener of a three-game series on Tuesday in Arlington, Texas.
Leody Taveras had a two-run homer and two singles and Adolis Garcia had two hits and three RBIs for the Rangers (72-79), who ended a three-game skid.
