Man City could equal shocking Man Utd stat in next game as scale of Premier League champions’ decline is laid bare
MANCHESTER CITY are in danger of equalling a horror stat after their winless run stretched to seven games.
The champions lost 2-0 to Liverpool yesterday as the club’s shocking run of form continued.
City welcome Nottingham Forest to the Etihad on Wednesday night, with a draw or defeat seeing them emulate a disaster Manchester United spell.
Under Louis van Gaal in the 2015/16 season, the Red Devils went eight games without a win.
