Watch Sean O’Malley hilariously kick fan in the butt in Japan
MMA fans certainly are different than most sports fans, which is something former UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley understands now more than ever.
The star 135-pound competitor is currently in Japan for Tuesday’s RIZIN: Decade event, and took part in a fan meet-and-great days before the annual event. “Sugar” was asked by a fan to kick him in the posterior during the session, and O’Malley delivered a thudding kick that sent the man dropping to the floor.

O’Malley ended 2024 with a 1-1 record, which included losing the bantamweight championship to Merab Dvalishvili in the main event of September’s UFC 306 card at Sphere in Las Vegas. Prior to that, O’Malley headlined the memorable UFC 299 event in Miami, and delivered — in a lot of people’s eyes — the best performance of his career as he delivered a one-sided beatdown to Marlon Vera to avenge the lone loss of his career.
