Brewers acquire RHP Grant Anderson from Rangers

The Milwaukee Brewers acquired right-handed relief pitcher Grant Anderson from the Texas Rangers on Thursday in exchange for minor league left-hander Mason Molina.

The Rangers had designated Anderson, 27, for assignment on Tuesday to make room on the 40-man roster for free agent signee Joc Pederson.
