UFC Seattle adds Mansur Abdul-Malik vs. Antonio Trocoli
Mansur-Abdul Malik and Antonio Trocoli will throw down in Seattle.
At UFC Fight Night 252 on Feb. 22, the two middleweights will collide at Climate Pledge Arena. Two people with knowledge of the matchup recently informed MMA Junkie of the booking but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.
Abdul-Malik (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) made his promotional debut in November when he finished Dusko Todorovic with punches in Round 1. The victory came after Abdul-Malik earned a UFC contract on Dana White’s Contender Series in August.
Trocoli (12-5 MMA, 0-2 UFC) made his long-awaited UFC debut in June and was finished by Shara Magomedov. He returned five months later in November and was submitted by Tresean Gore in 83 seconds.
With the addition, the UFC Fight Night 252 lineup includes:
