Resorts see few terrain openings as above-average temperatures come to Summit County

After receiving some snow last weekend, Summit County has seen a rise in temperatures that will continue into next week, potentially accelerating snowmelt in Colorado’s mountains. Summit County’s ski resorts are keeping as much terrain open as possible as spring conditions — and spring break — descend on the county. Weekend events will keep the party going, even as temperatures rise this week.
