Who do you consider is doing the fooling… to fool or be fooled is a deliberate attempt to mislead or misrepresent.. or the failure to recognise the deception at hand.
I don’t see a deliberate attempt to do this…

The red windmill is back atop the Moulin Rouge cabaret in Paris. The mill’s huge sails inexplicably collapsed after a show earlier this year at the iconic venue. It's an emblem of the surrounding Montmartre neighborhood and bohemian Paris lifestyle.
