Doctors Without Borders says it has suspended some operations at one of Gaza's largest functioning hospitals after patients and staff said they witnessed armed, masked men in parts of the compound. Five European countries say tests confirm Alexei Navalny was poisoned with a lethal toxin, and they blame the Russian state.
